  • If you experience technical issues preventing the consultation, please contact our support team, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

1.2 Products Purchased from Our Online Shop

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy for products purchased from our online shop.
  • If the product is received in a damaged or broken condition, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • To process the refund, you must provide clear images of the damaged product along with the order details.
  • Refunds will be processed after verification and may take 7-8 business days to add credit in your original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Consultation Services

  • Once a consultation booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed under special circumstances, subject to astrologer availability. Please contact our support team at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

2.2 Product Orders

  • Orders for physical products can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
